The wallet is built with React Native 0.75.5. There is no web version, browser extension, or desktop version.
iOS
Installation from the App Store
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
- Search for "ISBE Wallet".
- Tap Get and confirm with your Apple ID or using Face ID / Touch ID.
- Once installed, open the app.
Required permissions
During first use, the wallet requests the following permissions:

The wallet does not request location, contacts, microphone, or any other device resources.
Android
Installation from Google Play
- Open Google Play on your Android device.
- Search for "ISBE Wallet".
- Tap Install.
- Once installed, open the app.

First launch: create an account
When you open the wallet for the first time, you must create an account:
- Tap Create new account.
- The wallet generates your DID and the associated cryptographic keys, stored securely in your device's Keychain (iOS) or KeyStore (Android).
- Set a PIN and, if your device supports it, enable biometric authentication.
Reinstalling the wallet
Cryptographic keys and credentials are stored only on the device. If you uninstall the wallet or change device, it is not possible to recover the account or the stored credentials. You will need to create a new account and request credentials again from the corresponding issuers.
Update the wallet
Updates are distributed through the App Store and Google Play. It is recommended to keep the wallet updated to receive security fixes.
